Curious, once you get a holes or two in the cat is it easier to pull out, or just a serious of holes to break it up? How did you clean out the pipe after you got the cat out?

Suzuki might pull it but the handling is why I like the CBR and maintenance

Super easy! I used a long 1" spade bit and a shop vac while still on the bike. The material is really pretty soft.

I have a 2019 Road Glide Special and drilled the cat out like you did after watching your video and it was easy. After I drilled it out I used a cylinder honing tool and a shop vac to clean the pipe out. Thanks for the video it was a big help for me. A local motorcycle shop wanted $1200 to replace my cat with one that was gutted and to tune it. He said I definitely needed a tune. The motorcycle did not need a tune it runs great.
